Services

We provide junk removal, cleanouts, hauling, light demolition, and property cleanup services across the Greater Denver Metro Area and nearby Colorado communities. Every job is scheduled in advance, and free upfront estimates are provided before any work begins.

Estimates and Payments

Pricing is based on the amount of space your items take in our truck, the type of material, and access conditions at your property. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual load or difficulty differs from what was originally quoted. Payment is due upon completion of the job by cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon method.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. If a truck has already been dispatched to your location, a service fee may apply to cover travel and labor costs.

Items We Cannot Take

For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot remove hazardous or restricted items. This includes fuels, oils, wet paint, asbestos, chemicals, pressurized tanks, biohazard materials, and other items prohibited by law. If unsafe or illegal materials are found, we reserve the right to modify or decline the job.

Care and Liability

Our crew works carefully and professionally at every job site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Monkeys Junk Removal is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. If liability is established, it will be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
